what everyone is going to dress up as Halloween Night!
Halloween never is a one-day holiday though and celebrities have already been celebrating the occasion for a full week so we have tons of costumes to share with everyone already.
Some of the costumes include: Miley Cyrus as Lil’ Kim, Neil Patrick Harris and his family as Alice in Wonderland characters, and the very controversial costume of Julianne Hough dressed up as Orange is the New Black‘s Crazy Eyes.

Miley Cyrus: Lil' Kim Costume for Halloween 2013!
Miley Cyrus dresses up as Lil’ Kim for her Halloween costume in these new photos shared on her Twitter account on Wednesday (October 30)! The 20-year-old entertainer wore a purple wig and outfit complete with a nipple pasty to replicate Kim‘s look from the 1999 MTV Video Music Awards. Looks like she got the costume down pat! “In my past life, I feel like that was me. I feel like Lil Kim is who I am on the inside,” Miley recently said in an interview. “She just makes me happy… I just love her. And I can’t help that I love her.” “Awwww. Look at my baby @mileycyrus tonight!!! Looking GORGEOUS!!!
