While most in the public eye search for the fountain of youth, she arrived using a walking stick as an aid, her face severely wrinkled and her legs full of varicose veins.
Heidi Klum, the former model and now TV host and fashion designer, once again outdid herself at her 14th annual Halloween party in Marquee nightclub in New York.

The 40-year-old Klum, who was married to English singer and The Voice judge Seal from 2005 to 2102, used award-winning make-up artists Bill Corso and Mike Marino to make the stunning transformation.
She revealed the obviously lengthy process to her 1.9 million Twitter followers.
"OK guys ... here I go into the future," she tweeted. "Fun times!"

Klum had a bald cap, varicose veins, wrinkly prosthetics, and a hunched spine applied by make-up maestros Bill Corso and Mike Marino.
Corso won the 2009 Emmy for HBO's Grey Gardens and the 2004 Oscar for Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events.
Marino did make-up for Boardwalk Empire, Black Swan, and Men in Black 3.

"I start thinking of ideas months before Halloween, and I have an amazing team who makes the impossible possible. I don't really have a system for picking my costume each year, they kind of just come to me. It's definitely not a last-minute decision. It takes months of preparation," she told Parade magazine.

Last Halloween, the America's Got Talent judge covered her face in hundreds of rhinestones and donned a bejewelled pharaoh headdress as Cleopatra.
The divorced mother-of-four also rocked a skinless Hellraiser look in 2011 and the Hindu goddess Kali back in 2008.
