The 6 best Halloween costumes ever

Don't worry, Paris Hilton didn't make the cut. She's just funny to look at.

AH HALLOWEEN. Love it or hate it, the spooky holiday certainly delivers when it comes to hilarious costumes.
Be it your favourite television character, celebrity or even meme, there's plenty of material to choose from.

We've rounded up some of the best Halloween costumes people wore to celebrations over the past few days.

1. Naked Lady
Why bother with a costume when you can just go starkers? This brave (or stupid?) student from Arizona State University wore her birthday suit to the uni's annual Halloween party.

That's one way to get noticed, I guess. Picture: @adiggityy

2. Invisible Girlfriend
Last year college footballer Manti Te'o made headlines after it was revealed his deceased girlfriend Lennay wasn't an actual person, but the workings of a cruel internet hoaxer.

 Hilarious.

3. Grand Theft Auto In Real Life
Although GTA 5 is totally addictive, I reckon it's a lot safer as a video game.
But one guy took his love for the game to the next level, dressing up as the game's ruthless protagonist, Trevor.

4. Plastic Green Army People
This is one way to spend date night. A guy and his girlfriend dressed up as those little plastic green army people out of Toy Story.

"GF [girlfriend] and I decided to be homemade army men for Halloween this year. Bazooka Girl and Telephone guy.

"Her bazooka was made out of simple sewer pipe, and my telephone was made from a recycled Clarisonic box I found in the trash. Here we are waiting on the train platform before we head into the city." [ read on: THIS is the Coolest Halloween Costume of 2013. ]

5. Van Gogh
Way to capitalise on having an awesome ginger beard. This dude has some serious artistic skills.

6. Multi-Season Walter White
Our obsession with Breaking Bad reached fever pitch this year, when the award-winning series came to a close.

So it's no surprise that this Halloween, there were Walter White costumes everywhere. But how do you decide which 'version' to dress up as?

This guy solved that problem:
